This hands-on course is perfect for those who wish to expand their treatment menu with effective non-surgical hair and skin solutions. Centered around Prof Bob Khanna’s techniques for using polynucleotides, this course will also explore a variety of other treatments and combinations including PRP and more for optimum results.
Our polynucleotides course aims to make delegates confident and comfortable with creating an effective non-surgical treatment plan for common skin complaints (including keratosis, hyperpigmentation, acne, wrinkles and more) and both hormonal and non-hormonal hair loss in men and women.
You do not need any prior knowledge or training of facial aesthetics to undertake this course (although please note you must still be a medical professional in order to attend our training institute).

Hands-on practical session on live models (PM)
- Prof Khanna’s concepts and techniques
- Treat the most common skin complaints (such as acne, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation etc) in all skin types and ages (Glogau 1-4). Areas covered:
- Full Face
- Tear troughs/eye lid skin
- Perioral lines
- Peri buccal
- Nasolabial lines
- Neck lines
- Hands
- Treating different types of hair loss (both hormonal and non-hormonal), including:
- Hair thinning
- Androgenic alopecia
- Post-transplantation recovery healing
- Telogen effluvium (non-hormonal, temporary hair loss).

- PRP:
- Blood collection

- Product will either be injected using needles, cannula, derma-roller, or an automated device. Specific strategies and protocols will be discussed in detail on the course.

Models are used on this course to ensure that you have obtained enough practical experience to treat your patients. If you would like to bring your own model, please do let us know.

Who can attend the polynucleotides training course?
This course is open to medically qualified professionals only. It is suitable for delegates of all experience levels, and you do not need prior facial aesthetics training to attend. The course is designed to support medical professionals who are new to aesthetics as well as those looking to expand their treatment portfolio into regenerative skin and hair therapies.
What conditions will I learn to treat?
You will learn how to manage common skin concerns including keratosis, hyperpigmentation, acne, wrinkles and other signs of ageing. The course also covers both hormonal and non-hormonal hair loss in men and women, including androgenic alopecia, telogen effluvium, hair thinning and post-transplantation recovery.
What treatments are covered alongside polynucleotides?
In addition to Prof Bob Khanna’s polynucleotide techniques, the course explores combination approaches for optimal results. This includes PRP (from blood collection to application), mesotherapy and mesoporation using the Pluryal® Mesoline range, the Pluryal® biostimulator range (Silk, Densify and Hair Density), and non-thermal laser technology using the EVRL device.
Is there hands-on practical polynucleotide training?
Yes. The afternoon session includes supervised hands-on training on live models. You will practise injection techniques using needles, cannula, derma-rollers and automated devices, depending on the treatment protocol. If you would like to bring your own model, this can be arranged in advance.
Which areas will I learn to treat?
For skin rejuvenation, polynucleotide training covers the full face, tear troughs and eyelid skin, perioral lines, peri-buccal area, nasolabial lines, neck lines and hands. You will also learn specific protocols for treating different types of hair loss affecting the scalp.
Will the polynucleotide course cover patient assessment and safety?
Yes. The morning theory session includes patient management, consultation techniques, treatment planning, contraindications, consent, preparation and strategies for achieving safe and predictable outcomes. Delegates are trained to assess patients confidently and create appropriate non-surgical treatment plans.
How many CPD hours will I receive upon completion of polynucleotide training?
This course provides 7 hours of CPD. For GDC registrants, it meets the criteria for categories A, B, C and D of the GDC’s development outcomes.
What is included in the polynucleotide course cost?
